COTS University was created to meet the training and exercise information and technical assistance needs of the Regional Healthcare Emergency Preparedness (RHEP) Coalition and the Southeast/Southeast Central Ohio Healthcare Coalition (SEOHC), together known as Ohio’s Zone 2. This site services the Zone 2 healthcare entities, healthcare providers, emergency managers, public health practitioners, emergency medical services, and others working in disaster medicine, healthcare system preparedness, and public health emergency preparedness.
