EPTP
In 1999, COTS hospital and EMS partners in Franklin County developed a novel approach to creating a culture of safety through their collaborative creation of the Emergency Patient Transport Plan (EPTP). Today, that plan continues to evolve as needed to meet the mission of COTS.
As a supplement to the EPTP, RTAS participating hospitals update their busyness status in the Real-Time Activity Status (RTAS) web-based system.
