A forum for COTS member trauma medical directors to identify issues, discuss topics, and develop strategies related to medical management, best practice, and standards of care and to identify and review metrics for performance/process improvement and patient safety in central, southeast, southeast central Ohio.

Trauma Program Managers/Directors Committee

A forum for COTS member trauma program managers/directors to identify issues, discuss topics, and develop strategies related to trauma program management, nursing care, best practice, and standards of care impacting performance/process improvement and patient safety in central, southeast, southeast central Ohio.

Trauma Nursing Education Subcommittee

A forum for COTS member trauma nurse leaders/educators to identify issues, discuss topics and develop strategies related to improving trauma nursing education. this subcommittee will address the educational needs of the trauma nurse including but not limited to best practice and standards of care, regulatory requirements, performance/process improvement and patient safety, and outcomes management in central, southeast, southeast central Ohio.

Registry Subcommittee

A forum for COTS member trauma registry data management professionals to identify issues, discuss topics, and develop strategies related to improving trauma data management including but not limited to promotion of information sharing and networking, standardization of practice principle and data collection and reporting methods, performance/process improvement and patient safety, and promotion of education in central, southeast, southeast central Ohio.
